2015.09.04 Microsoft released translator app
As many companies enter into the competitive translation application market, there is another company that just released one recently. It is Microsoft. It has published a new app called “Microsoft Translator”. It is available for smartphone and tablet, as well as smart watch such as Apple Watch.

Users can type in text or speak the words or sentences. The app shows you the translated text on the screen, and also speaks it with the right pronunciation. Currently, Microsoft Translator supports 50 different languages, including English, Chinese, French, Japanese, and Spanish.

Microsoft has already been providing translation services. However, this is the first time they expand its offerings to smartphone and smart watch that are supported by Apple’s mobile OS “iOS” and Google’s mobile OS “Android”
