Author's Profile:
Dr. Jan Yager is the award-winning author of 35 books including several books on time management including CREATIVE TIME MANAGEMENT FOR THE NEW MILLENNIUM, translated into Japanese, and CREATIVE TIME MANAGEMENT, also translated into Japanese, as well aas WHEN FRIENDSHIP HURTS, published by Simon & Schuster and translated into Japanese by PHP. Her books, with translations into 32 languages, also include PRODUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS and THE FAST TRACK GUIDE TO SPEAKING IN PUBLIC.
Dr. Yager, who has a Ph.D. in sociology from The City University of New York Graduate Center and who also did a year of graduate work in art therapy, is also friendship and relationship coach. She offers workshops and delivers keynote addresses throughout the United States and internationally. She has taught at several colleges and universities including Penn State and, most recently, at the University of Connecticut.
